Whenever anyone is having trouble accessing websites be sure to try proxy server(s), vpn connection(s) and tor browser to check if it's your connection or the website you are trying to access that is failing the connection. By changing the course of the connection you are making another route to the destination and it has a large impact on the whole.

They both work for me at the moment.
It was probably a brief issue with Cloudflare. The sites get a lot of attacks, and Cloudflare's job it to filter them out.
Those two sites are on different physical servers, so it's hard for something to affect them both at the same time. Cloudflare is the only thing in common between them.
I was trying to access the sites for last 5-6 hours.
Then i made a post on the forms.

but Joyofsatan
.com and satanslibrary.com was not working.
Forms and all other sites were working fine.
Do we have any backup domain for Satanslibrary.com ? Any tor backup link or something ?
I was using tor browser.
Tried the following steps before posting on the forms:
restarted my modem
Changed Tor circuit, whenever i got error.
Tried accessing the sites after a gap of an hour.
Tried accessing the sites on differrnt machines having different ISP.
I don't trust vpns and proxy servers so didn't try them.
I gave another try after the approval of my form post (i don't know how much time mods took to approve my post) the sites becomes accessable again. I thought mods has fixed the issue.
