Issue with spinning chakras

Before i say the issue, i would like to say that i am pretty advanced and experienced with meditations, directing energy, invoking/evoking energy, etc.

When ever i spin my chakras, i do not feel the heaviness that High Priest Vovim Baghie says you should experience. I do feel like everything is very dreamy, but not the heaviness. I am sure i spin my chakras right since i feel them spinning and see them spinning as well.

So my question is; why do i not feel the heaviness? Any input would be great. Thanks!
