Can you program ISA so an individual can no longer harm themselves?

So long as you can get them keep the item on their person… but remember their doing it for a reason, it might be better to find the root cause of why they are doing that to themselves and eliminate that.

From what I’ve seen of others they seem to be depressed and are looking for someone to pay attention to them and their woe’s… I.e. maybe they just need a friend that cares for them?

But from what I’ve seen of myself I did it for control…
