Take a look at the Executive Order's at the bottom, I double checked and these orders do exist. EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 Allows them to technically launch at any time because they control the economy, they could purposly make the economy go down hill. Also I find it a bit strange that there are over 2,000 empty prisons that can house 20,000 - 2 million inmates, that have full security, but there "empty". Now I have mentioned this on here before, but I am creating a restience, I plan to use abilities mixed with other tactics. . . goverments are extremely hard to take down, but its been done before, Everyone keeps telling me its impossible, ignore those people that tell you its not possible, it is just takes alot of work and planning. . . now keep in mind this restience would be considered illegal on the count of they would say its either A) Another country. B) A PMC, C) Terrorist, D) Resistance / cult . . . none of those are particurally good terms, but think aout this we have the gods on our side, we have abilities that there 2 stubern to know how to use. Think about it.

In that case, if you pose too much of a threat and you have an organized "resistance," then you are automatically a terrorist.  In fact, if you pose a threat to any major institution and/or they don't like you.. you are a terrorist.  Hows that for shits and giggles.  Those who enforce the law don't play by it, so thinking along those lines as written below are in ways useless.  Gonna have to find anothe way.
