Is the Sicilian God Adranus Mulciber or Andras?

I'm asking this question because I'm trying to figure out who the supposed Father of the Sicilian people was. I'm more oriented to believe that he is Andras (Ares/Mars) because of the name and his characteristic. However, some sources suggests that he is Mulciber (Hephaistos/Vulcanus) because of his connection with fire and volcanoes.

Does anyone know his identity?
