Is it normal to feel powerful after RTR?

I feel like my bio energy gets much stronger after an RTR, is this normal? I especially felt huge surges of power after even doing just a portion of the final RTR. What does this mean for me? Is it a good thing? I literally feel like I could move a huge object with my mind and it would be easy.
