Is Bitpay a trustable cryptocurrency app?

Recently I been trying to find a way to buy crypto with my debit card, Exodus Wallet doesn't accept, and I found an app called Bitpay being recommended on a list of apps that accept my particular debit card. I obviously don't wanna mention exactly which debit card.

Here is a list of reputable mainstream exchange platforms. https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ I did not see that one listed, although it does seem professionally made and regulated.

Depends on what one considers the best features. The list I provided lists various differences that play a role in what is the best for each individual.
