I have a friend wanting to join our religion but he cant meditate everyday would it still be ok for him to join? And will he still get benefits?

Your friend may be thinking in terms of hours upon hours of daily meditation which would be intimidating for anyone, but especially for a newbie just starting out.

Never underestimate the power of short "mini" meditations, so to speak. They are cumulative and they work. 10-15 minutes or so is all it takes. Naturally it's best to meditate every day if at all possible --it's really important to do cleansing/protection exercises each day but again they only take a couple of minutes or so -- but there's an old saying that goes: "do what you can with what you have where you are", meaning you do what you can do.

But your friend may be able to meditate every day when he/she realizes the basics only take a few minutes and that's where we all start: with the basics.

Nonsense, everyone can put at least 15 mins a day for meditation, usually before they sleep or after they wake up. I have a busy life yet I can put at least 2.5 hours a day for power meditations. Those who say they can't put even 15 mins are lazy. I've noticed people who say this they want to take part in other useless activities and they are too lazy to cut them off, at least for a bit in order to meditate.

If your friend doesn't meditate every day, he won't get the same benefits as people who do. Sorry, but that's the truth. Power meditation IS the foundation of Satanism. You can skip other parts (like rituals) and still gain almost the same progress, however if you skip power meditation then you'll do nothing at all, it's almost the same as not being a Satanist.

By "useless activities" I mean activities like playing video games. I'm not saying that it is bad, it is just a fun activity helping you relax but at the same time it provides no benefits. People who spend their free time playing video games or any other thing involving either themselves or other people can stop this activity or at least moderate it a bit and replace it with power meditation. It is THAT simple :)

I encourage ALL people who say they have no time to meditate to check their daily schedule for free time before they sleep or after they wake up, and for useless activities too. You'll be surprised how much time you'll be able to find to practice power meditation!!
