I have also had issues playing videos on there, and my internet speed is really good. It seems to be an internal issue on the side of bitchute.

Videos also take ages to process when uploading(at least mine did), I spent like 3 hours yesterday trying to upload a video just for the thing to get stuck in an infinite processing loop at the end... :x

I'm guessing you're talking about Bitchute so here's why that might happen: Bitchute unlike YouTube doesn't have central servers except to host scripts and webpages. They can't quite afford the miles upon miles of servers required to host a video-sharing online infrastructure like Google can. So their video hosting is based off peer-to-peer networking like downloading a torrent. You have the user who uploads and seeds the video, and the viewers act as peers to keep the video alive. I don't know exactly how this works when it comes to websites that utilize this form of media sharing (Gab and Bitchute are the two sites I know that does this) and Bitchute is still fundraising to acquire more dedicated servers to host the content so it would be less reliant on peer-to-peer networking.

So basically why this is happening is some of the videos you're viewing are hosted peer-to-peer (no central server)

The question is hasn't Jewtube censored essentially everything not center right already? It has. Then tens of thousands of normal people also.

It's only to be expected they do this to more people.

Thanks for sharing, im making an account on all of these, except peertube.cpy.re i cant make one their it ill most likely make one on peertube.dk, or look into how to make an instance myself. seems like a really interesting ideal alot like bitchute. I am in the process a major undertaking of turning articles into pdf's, mp3 audibles, and subtitled slideshow videos. thats why i have not been active on the forum. but I am here ill be back in a month or two when i have a substantial amount finished.
