Hello to all my dear brothers!

Since I don't really like my body and somewhat neglect it because of studies (not because I want to but sometimes it's like I'm forced to) I decided to put a “stop” to all this and join a gym (I already follow a diet prescribed by the nutritionist) .
I am happy because I am about to get out of my comfort zone and will finally be able to see myself as beautiful! But it has to be said that I am a rather shy and anxious person and I am a bit scared.
I am writing this post because I know you will understand me and I would like some little tips on how to best live this experience.
Thank you for listening,
I love you:giggle:

Hi, I'm really glad you're getting into sports and dieting :) This is always an important step forward; Feeling good about your body is really important. As Satanists, we must maintain a superior position over those around us, simply because we are right.
The only advice I can give you is to stay very strong during this trip because believe me, even I was excited at first, but with time we lose our motivation. So, do it with discipline, not just motivation. Motivation fades, but discipline is key.
There will be times when you feel like giving up, but you will have to persevere.
But it has to be said that I am a rather shy and anxious person and I am a bit scared.
Oh, don't worry, shyness will fade over time. I'd even say you won't feel as anxious as you are now ;). Sport strengthens the mind.

You are doing very well and we appreciate it very much. You're doing great, sister.
I am very happy that you are proud of me, this makes me feel really good.
Thank you so very much brother, I am thankful that you care about my little milestone that I am about to face.
May Father Satan and the Gods bless you.:giggle:

you are so right brother, I will try my best I can assure you.
I'm tired of thinking of myself as ugly because I've been through so much and I don't deserve it.
So I am doing this mainly for me and so that the Gods can be proud of my progress!:giggle:

I am so glad you have chosen to leave your comfort zone. It is essential to remember that the first step in facing any adversity lies in the will to do so. This principle is especially true when it comes to managing anxiety. Your determination is a sign of courage and personal growth, and I am sure that this path will lead you to significant discoveries and greater self-awareness.

are really sweet words, thank you again.
I am thankful to the gods that I met you! 🥰
