I get very confused about this and I want to have it right.
Please tell me if this is correct
The Ida starts on the left at the tailbone and weaves between the chakras and end in the right brain at the 6th chakra. So the right brain is feminine as well as the left side of the body/soul
The pingala starts on the right side of the tailbone, weaves between chakras and end in the left brain at the 6th chakra. The left brain is masculine along with the right side of the body/soul
When your right nostril is more open then the left the Ida is more active. Left nostril open means pingala is more active. Or is it visa versa.
Also is the Ida naturally more active in blacks and pingala in Asians or is it strictly individual?
