Kieith666 Member Joined Sep 20, 2017 Messages 134 Aug 30, 2019 #4 I would think you want to start healing ASAP, so the 30th might be a good option (when the moon starts waxing). Doing things like nauli and malasana can be real good for the digestive system too.
