Hello, I want to initiate a process of square of the sun, I have to be initiated pre-experience in meditation? The thing is that I suffer from an ADHD and I get depressed in the processes and almost always I give up doing so, what safe process can I follow to get out of the limiting situation? The truth is that what I most desire is to listen to their experiences to take the best decision, I am against the limitations, my fight is for my freedom, that's why I'm here, the endurance, the longevity of life and control of my Destiny are my aspirations, everything that is called improvement

First off, don't claim limiting attributes as a part of you. This is something that is only effecting you, that if you keep meditating you will overcome it. I use to believe I had ADHD and was put on awful meds to try to combate it... long story short this messed with my entire being spritually and even now I'm still trying to retrain myself since being off the meds.

For months I couldnt meditate,  I use to get super flusteted from my lack of focus, which made me upset, which made me less likley to meditate. All I had to do was keep going, I didnt give up, concenteation meditation helps a lot.

Let your brain process some thoughts for a minute, dont stress out trying to quiet the random thought, let your brain organize some thought, for this is your brains job! After a few minutes stare at a specif object and only think about the object, how it looks, specific details on the object and focuse for just a short while. Again dont stress! 15 seconds is fine! Even 5 seconds, just jeep trying. This has helped in my daily life tremedously!

ADHD is a joo invented disease to crap on Gentiles. In other words its all in the head. It can be fixed trough void meditation. Work your way up and build I the small things and when you are ready do the sun square. Patience is key and we all have different paces
