damn, I don't know where exactly to begin. But living here in America everyone has their goals and dreams and such... I'm at such a low point, and . I just need some guidance.

Daily meditation is absolutely essential. Neglecting to meditate will allow your aura to become filthy, your soul to weaken, and will leave you extremely vulnerable to enemy psychic attacks, curses, bad planetary transits, and negative energy in your environment. Well first of all what Maxine Dietrich talks about such as the aura is what people like Miley Cyrus and them singers where born with such as Britney Spears. I know that most actors have more energy in them. I think I saw Andrea Bogart once and her aura was extremely powerful you'll be shocked but I know the one I could of meant practices yoga so that might be why. From what I studied just practice yoga alot skip the meditations. I'm not a expect but it seems like yoga is funner cause your not just sitting their and waiting no you move and burn calories.

Do not skip meditations and focus solely on yoga. If meditation is "sitting there and waiting," you are meditating incorrectly. Meditation is not sitting around waiting for something to happen. Meditation is actively using the powers of your mind to empower your soul.

Skipping meditation will severely harm you over time. Yoga opens the nadis and raises your bioelectricity, but does not build an aura of protection, attract money, banish enemy entities, build a philosopher's stone, or do other advanced empowerment of your soul. Daily meditation is absolutely essential. Look at the yogis who spend 10 hours a day doing yoga. They have high levels of bioelectricity and can perform some basic healing, but they do not have risen kundalini serpents and will definitely not be completing the Magnum Opus this life.
