Greetings,
1)I was very overweight for years but I lost a lot of weight. I tried doing hatha yoga when I was heavier and I could not do most of the asanas. After I lost weight, I started doing some of them, but I still can not do most of them. Will it get better gradually? Or what should I do if I can not hatha yoga.
(I am doing kundalini yoga for a few months)

2)I sometimes do Five Tibetan, which is easier than hatha yoga. And I tried chakra meditation yesterday, I felt it is empowering my chakras but I do not have time for all the chakra meditations but I think everyday I can do for my one chakra so that I can do all the chakra meditations in one week. Is it good or it is a yoga that I should do for all chakras in one day?
Thanks for your answers. Have a nice day.
