I have known Hypochondriasis since I was young.
Recently, I went to the hospital twice because I felt anxious.
What are the causes of Hypochondriasis
and how can I do it to alleviate them?
When I feel emotions, they are always amplified. I feel them intensely so i understand from past exprience it can be a pain. Learning to control yourself and manage these emotions In healthy ways is always keys. Later down the road you will understand through your own wisdom how much this can help with magick. It's a gift in disguise.
I've noticed this a lot, what you said up above. in some people with certain placements of virgo or even a lot of air in their natal chart. The constant feeling of worry usually can be managed through basic principles of void meditation and also pranayana. Since its usually caused by the mind moving very "rapid"
The basics will take you very far. I recommend nadi Shodhana in regards to what pranayana or even basic box breathing. It can help you regulate your blood pressure levels a lot as well. Nadi Shodhanna is the alternate nostril breathing exercise on JOS. You can also work on your throat chakra more. The light blue energy with every breath can be very calming. You can also build some energy up in the solar plexus chakra for confidence in being healthy and also affirming you are safe and healthy in general.
Another thing you can do, start looking into the mirror and talking to yourself. Tell yourself you know you are healthy and there is nothing to worry about before going into void meditation or doing anything in life. Talking to yourself in the mirror also helps reprogram the way we think on deep levels. That is also why we should never say bad things about ourselves too.
When we say things like "I'm not good enough" or focus our attention on negative things about ourselves. Our minds will mold those nasty things into existence for us over time. It is called often, self sabotaging. Break this pattern by also seeing the good and focusing on that and giving power to the good we see in us instead. Each step at a time, if you know you lack skills to do something. While looking in a mirror see yourself learning those skills. Tell yourself you can do it, then go out and start practicing untill you master it. Until you are doing it.
Void meditation and pranyama will help a lot though as I was saying. It'll calm your mind and give you control over more of what you give your attention too. Instead of your mind running free and wild. Like an untamed horse.
