How to safely reduce and get off antipsyhotics and antidepressants

As the tile sais i have some pills that hasn't any mark that can be broken in half so i thought to cut them in half

It is dangerous to cut pills in half. Some have a coating that makes them be released slowly. So cytting those makes it get released all at once, which can make you overdose.
