How to get rid of the negative effects of the Capricorn stellium in a natal chart?

With a Capricorn stellium, the individual may have a strong focus on career, goals, and success, which can lead to a heightened sense of responsibility and a tendency to worry about achieving their objectives. This can lead to a constant feeling of anxiety or fear of failure, causing the individual to worry excessively about the future.

The above-mentioned is true for me. I have recently realized that I have a hard time enjoying the present and don't have enough spontaneity in my personality . Although I have a couple of fire placements in my chart , they don't seem to be strong enough to mitigate the negative sides of the stellium and help me be more relaxed and spontaneous.

How to get rid of the negative side of this stellium? I'd like to try using Ansuz / Uruz for this. What affirmation would you recommend to use?

Perhaps instead of trying to get rid of the lack of what you don't have, you can do something to get what you do want. (Sorry if the wording is confusing, we'll blame it on Mercury retrograde.)

My point: do a working to become more spontaneous, and then get into the mindset of allowing it to happen. Orange energy does wonders, it is powerful, and do an affirmation on the exhale (breathe in Orange energy on the inhale).

If you want to try a crystal, Mookaite (Australian Jasper, any color, yellow might be the best choice though), or Charoite, or Opal (can be "common opal" which is very affordable, pretty much any color will do). These crystals have other attributes which help lighten up Capricorn traits, and Charoite also helps with enjoying the present.

You might also want to try invoking Fire, perhaps Air if you're also low on that.

Tropical. I've looked into others and had a good laugh over what my natal chart and personality would be like in other systems. There is knowledge in Vedic that is to be applied in tropical charts, but the actual chart should be drawn up using tropical.
