How do I get an ex to leave me alone? I've moved on. He still hasn't. There is some kind of obsession with me.

I just dedicated on yule eve night and haven't started the 40 day program. I have only started the beginners meditation like AoP and cleaning the aura etc. My point is, I'm still new so not strong aura yet. So my concern is if it is still okay to do something about this ex issue regardless of being so new?

I just want him to move on. Stop hanging on me. I feel like he's such an energy vamp.

It would actually be far easier for beginners to use the Ansuz rune 9 times into each chakra naming the person and affirming they are free of them than to do the visualization way of disconnecting from them.

In regards to everything and your other post, also, please start doing daily Hatha Yoga without fail. It will heal you over time or make your situation drastically better. And daily Pranayama [breathing exercises]. You will be so much better and healthier in a few months than you have felt in years.
