how to disable windows 10 update

Windows 10 is installed by force now, at least in Windows 8 and 8.1. A lot of functions are paid there so they just strip you off of everything you enjoyed in earlier versions. There are procedures to disable it such as through Group Policy you can search in google how to use, but not every version of windows has it. I still run windows 7 and the place I got my computer has the software for windows 7 still. 

I'm quite sure if you can find a good IT service they are able to install won 7 for you if you request this, as win 10 is complete shit indeed...

Even XP is much better than 10 and I've used XP for years untill I got 7, which was a pretty good upgrade, although it also had a lot of undesireable changes.
