When i close my eyes, i dont have control over my thoughts, they are coming back all the time. I found out it is very easier to clean aura if i have no thoughts in mind when i close my eyes. Is there anything to do except void meditation?

You can start weight lifting; physical benefits aside, it also instills confidence in you and makes you mentally and spiritually tougher. This helps with controlling thoughts and being your Higher Self for much longer during the day.

You have to train your mind to either focus you're breathing 1 And if you can... I know it's not easy controlling the thoughts in your mind especially after a long busy day at work. And worst of all when you're so tired you want more than anything just to lay down for a few minutes and relax your head. Sometimes lighting a candle and watching the candle flame flicker will help.🙂 And When You Close Your Eyes try to focus on one thing? Even if it's just a color blur or a color pattern. That should help settle the mind. To relax, meditate and sleep. Especially when you do Aura cleansing. 🙏💗

In cases of those struggling it's not an immediate process for sure.
Void meditation is a must. As SS above said physical exercise and breathing yoga are really good at clearing the mind from the flow of thoughts. Visualization helps too. Yet we are individuals, so true different methods and stick to those that work best.

But all methods need time and dedication. Like a muscle, the ability to stop the inner monologue will eventually start working properly.

In void meditation let thoughts come and go, but don't pay attention to them. Focus on the breath.
Trying to supress thoughts is counter productive, as it will bring more focus on these thoughts.
A burning candle to focus attention on can also help in void meditation.

Physical excercise also helps. Running outside helps clear the mind.
