So like I know that energy builds up. If I'm like doing a working, how much time do I have before the next working to make sure the energy builds up?

Like let's say I started SHUKHRAYA or GEBO for heart chakra in the morning. Do I have to do the next working before 24 hours to make sure its still considered consecutive for let's say a 40 day cycle? Or is it like the setting and rising of sun like spiritual squares when the day changes.

Also if I begin AUM SHUKHRAYA SVAHA without following the square but just like a set number of reps, say 30, does it still count as consecutive days as long as I do it before the sunrise of the next day

You start when it iš best time, and every day do it at the same time, or atleast try to manage be around same time best you can.

I have heard this from advanced members, and also this way it works for me best.

So Gap should be 24hours.
