If you have studied the Joy of Satan and Exposing Christianity sites and decided that this is for you, you can do the dedication ritual, it's on the JoS site. You only need yourself. It's something intensely personal.Think carefully before doing it, because it's a lifetime commitment.

You can either make up your own meditation program, start in the beginner section, with yoga, breathing exercises, etc. Do relatively the same things everyday to keep your energies high.

Just keep doing research on Joy of Satan as well to learn as much as you can.
