Help :(

I have 2 questions.

Ive been practicing focusing engergy into a small ball that i can fit
into my palm now that i can visibly see it, but when i begin to focus
the engery ball doesnt stay in my hand, it starting growing Pretty
large.. Does this mean i have a lack of concentration?

Im constantly having preminitons.. I've had them before when i was
younger but then they stopped, at first i only saw things in dreams but
now i can do it at will.. Whats causing this? :S

#1 Do you want it to grow? if not it may be a lack of concentration,
or you could have concentrated the energy too much. Some say its not
possible but ive noticed that the smaller more dense forms are harder
to control.

#2 It sounds like your growing in power. Isnt that what youve been
meditating for? An increase in power? This may also be the answer to
#1 too. Power Growth.

#1 thanks for that Im going to keep trying to focus it.

#2 Idk.. it just happens by itself.. Im not sure what brought it on,
But it now happens at will, before only in dreams or when i was high.
It could be, Idk about my power i think i dont really have that much.

In accordance to question 2... According to my mentor, your belief in
how much power you actually have can be skewed. Sometimes, you just
need an outside view.

True, but noone i know could give me a proper outside view, Because
London ontario doesnt have many satanists, and if theres any their usually
self centered dicks, who dont give a fuck about anyone, and dont care
about anything other then the furtherance of themselves.


I dont really like to use this power, because i dont think its normal.
