My advice is to take it slowly and try not to get frustarted because then it definately wont work just be calm and avoid distractions it takes a while to learn to do properly but persistance is the key HAIL SATAN!!!

Okay, so here's my problem. I can't seem to fall into a trance, no
matter how hard i try. It really gets frustrating. Does anyone have any

my personal advice would be to stop trying so hard thats how i got
it...i just kinda thought of how a leaf or feather would fall and tryed
to feel that sensation but the main thing is to not try to hard or
think to much...i tryed to figure out better ways to do this stuff and
shortcuts... al i got was a couple of headaches.
Easy was is if someone makes a large sound or something while you are
trying then instead of giving up (it will hurt like hell when the
person does so) keep on going. It will put you out of balance then you
have a chance of opening your mind easier, this help me to get into a
trance for the first time. Hurt like hell but works, the pain will
disappear when you are in a trance. Don´t know what´s happen when you
fail but it up to you to try, you don´t have to try it.
