Help with rune mannaz

How to use this rune for strengthening the memory and improving intellect? In which part of brain should I feel the vibration of it? Or in my entire body?

Hi

I too was planning on using Mannaz for those purposes. You can do it on Mondays, Sundays,Thursdays or Wednsdays at hours of Mercury for an official working. Waxing moon.

Just vibrate the rune at its number and feel it in your soul and being. It is also fine if you want to vibrate it into your brain or mental self.

Know that the properties of the rune are within the vibration. Know that when you are vibrating the rune that it is doing its job.

If you want afterwards you can make some affirmations if you want.

You should feel it in the chackra you are directing the energy to. Either the crown of the head, your jowl, Solar plexus, groin, abdomen, or coccyx.
