Help with meditations

I have been a satanist for a few months now and do some of the meditations on the JoS website regularly.

I feel as though I have had no progress with any of these for the time i've been doing them. I have been trying a lot to go into a trance but can't seem to get the mental falling effect happening that is described on the site. I always find myself becoming extremely frustrated of having no results whilst trying after about 15 or so minutes which builds up until I cannot concentrate on the trance anymore.

I can't feel any energy whenever I try any energy meditations either which is also very frustrating. After many attempts I now find it hard to convince myself to even try any of them.

Any information on how I can get over this would be very helpful.

HI VIRDOX ACTUALLY I WAS IN THE SAME SPOT AS YOU WHEN I MEDITATE IT WAS HARD TO GET IN A TRANCE SO BEGUN TO USE BINEAURAL BEATS AND IT WAS REALY SOMETHING I JUT HAD TO CONCENTRATE ON IT AND I WAS GOING DEEPER.

medatation can be harder for some than others, like anything new, it takes practice, how much? depends on the individual, i used to find it hard too, like pretty much all self improvment, it is a life long achivment were aiming for, no quick fixxes, try not to focus on where everyone else is, relax and take your time, it is worth all the hard work in the end.
