help with concentration?

I used to astral project and meditate constantly, i was in multiple martial arts in which chi and energies were used but im currently active duty USMC, and during my 14 months in iraq was wounded many times, i have post concussion syndrome and traumatic brain injury,since iraq i cannot keep concentration nor properly meditate, and as i have tried many times cannot even come close to astral projecting help anyone?
