HP maxine says you should meditate 15-30 minutes a day 10 minutes if you dont have time ( correct me if im wrong ) BUT when you get a bit deep in meditation it can take hours and hours , i meditate more than 4 hours every day and i have no idea how time fucking passes by so fast lol
