I don't know what specific meditation being posted you are talking about but I can suggest you
Prayanama (breathing exercises). Also, drawing energy with your breath into your chakras.
I like to do the cat hissing breath + draw energy + visualize white-gold energy where I focus. All simultaneously.
The best is what feels best for you but I believe that words of power are something huge
and that someone who meditates should think twice about leaving them aside imo.
Even just a few everyday like 18x SURYAE or RAUM or SAULO when in the shower for example
can be very beneficial compared to none.
If you can put music then it's manageable.
For example, I almost always have my mouth slightly because I like to keep my muscles as relax as possible.
So whenever there's a little background noise like the fans at work I can vibrate words like SURYAE or SAULO.
People are right in front of me looking at me but my mouth doesn't make the slightest mouvement and
they can't hear the sound.
Also, I always stay ''in my bubble'' minding my own and I don't look at anyone unless they start talking to me.
When I speak to someone, I am always replying because I really don't give a damn about those around me since they themselves aren't giving a damn about their own so ironically maybe I am more caring for them even will not caring at all. lol
