Heart Chakra Alignment

I'm a bit confused. On this link: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... hakra.html, the heart chakra is vertical, but here: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... nment.html, it seems as if it's horizontal. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, but it's a bit confusing for me. Personally, throughout all my meditations, I've been visualizing my heart chakra horizontally, but should I align it to be vertical? Or does it even matter?

Its not different like that in the pictures, how you say it is. Visualizing, Either way is fine.


I'm saying one isn't horizontal and the other vertical. The chest chakra is the connector, those pictures are just ways you can visualize it.

They are the same, the one that looks horizontal is showing more precisely how the 4th chakra is formed. The yoni shape is actually the intersection of two normal looking cone chakras. These two come together and form a space in the middle. The shape in the middle is that diamond/yoni shape.
