Healing pain

Hey guys, I've been suffering these extremely painful lower back cramps. Sometimes the pain will move to the lower side of my abdomen and left sides and even up to my ribcage. I woke up around 4am in extreme pain yesterday and almost took myself to the ER. It was bad enough I could not get out of bed and called into work. Are there any healing meditations I could try to get rid of this pain (before I go see a doctor, if need to)?? It's not menstrual cramps or the like, these are bad!!! I don't remember doing anything to make this happen...they just appeared! Is it possible it's an enemy attack? If there's any healing meditations, I won't hesitate to try them! Thanks in advance! But anyway, perhaps you should go see a doctor to figure out why may be the cause therefore it will be easier for you to understand it and heal it.

You should continue to meditate and do yoga. Both of those will increase your bioelectricity and heal you from the inside out.

You can vibrate sun mantras like AUM SURYAE or vibrate the rune WUNJO (WAUNYO is the more powerful version). SATANAS is extremely powerful and can be used for anything you desire, including healing. You can also absorb healing energy from the sun or use one of the healing methods on the Joy of Satan website.

You can breathe in the sun energy into the body part you want to heal. Then program that energy to heal it. You can also use runes. Just to be safe you should see a doctor. If you receive medicine don't stop taking it. You can do healing meditations with the medicine.
