I've been into consistent weight lifting for 4 years and I was wondering if it has any spiritual benefits, other than the physical ones

Not directly per se, but there are physical health benefits for it. Lifting weights is not essential, but resistance training is. Either weights, bands, plyometrics or calisthenics, one must train their muscles under resistance for functional strength, protection from injury, and healthy active joints.
These physical benefits will allow one to feel better and focus on spirituality, as well as just live longer. The benefits themselves aid in spirituality.

Yes! You can never really advance to the highest levels without a very strong body. The kundalini requires strength of the body and health of the spine.

Also, hitting the gym and exercise is one of the strongest physical sources for increasing your bio-electricity.

I remember hitting PRs in the gym and training well induced amazing upper chakras’ bliss feelings.

You said the right thing with that last sentence. Any kind of physical exercise that pushes you close to your own limits produces endomorphins in your body, which are also known as happiness hormones. The body is known to be its own producer of all kinds of important hormones. Nevertheless, I would avoid extremes. As the ancient Greeks said: "Avoid extremes. Seek the mesotes". In other words, the "golden mean".
Hail Satan!
Hail Lucifer!
Hail Wotan!

What reflects onto one soul reflects into the body and vice versa. Yes, it empowers the overall soul as well it's not just muscle you gain but also a soul which is more free within and evolves not only temporary but permanently in bioelectricity with the exception when one quits meditating and stops gym and go onto eating crap all day and settle as s lazy monkey in life.
