I have a few questions about Satanism. First, if Satan is supposed to be loving of humans and not the scary monster that he's portrayed as, why do Satanists still use frightening imagery? Also, why call them demons? That word has a completely negative connotation just as angels has a positive one. Something different should be used to describe them, because even though the religion is supposed to be positive, it comes off still as evil (and i'm not christian in the least bit, i'm buddhist which means i'm open to all different gods/demi-gods). my final question is, i'm on the verge of going to jail for something that i'm innocent of. is there a demon that can help me, and how would i go about evoking him?

Hello. First off, the word demon (real spelling 'daemon') really does
not have a bad meaning at all. It just means helper or intermediary,
attendant. I always spell it 'daemon' now, to differentiate. Have you
actually read:

www.joyofsatan.com

Really, most of your questions can be answered on there.

As for why many so-called Satanists use frightening imagery and so
forth, that is because they are misguided. They don't really know
Father Satan at all! They are going by the corrupted, slanderous image
of Satan that is in the buy bull (bible), and they never look beyond
that. We here, at least those of who are dedicated, know Lord Satan.
We have a personal relationship with him and other Gods, and we know
that he is humanity's true Father and Creator. He is not evil and
hideous, and those who call themselves Satanists and hold that view
are misled by listening to the stupid, gods-damned xian lies! Think
about it logically. It is his enemis who say these awful things about
him, hoping that people will believe it and either be scared of him
and turn away, or else buy into the bullshit and espouse the wrong
philosophy, and never come to know him.

As to your other question, I highly advise against summoning a Daemon.
You are not dedicated, and it is seen as disrespectful to summon the
Gods of Hell if you are without. I know you don't want to go to jail,
but nonetheless...it's like, only calling a person on the phone just
because you want something from them. Plus, since you are not
dedicated, you're more likely to have enemy entities--angels and
greys--who will attempt to deceive you, and you won't know how to
discern the truth. Hope I have answered all of your questions
adequately. Hail Father Satan always!!! Hail Lord Andras! Hail Sorath,
the one who burns!

All of this goes back to how we were raised. If you take a child who doesn't know religion and tell them angels are bad and demons are good, when they grow older they will think angels are bad and demons are good. Same thing with the imagery, it isn't frightening but throughout our whole lives we were told Satan was bad, so we are naturally prejudice and judgmental against him so when people see something that relates to Satan they try to find any little thing that could be bad or seem bad, because that is what we they taught. It takes a special person to come to Satan because it is ingrained in us to hate him, because that is how we were raised. You said the religion comes off as evil, not because you had experience with it or a demon attacked you, but because the Christians and other religions want it to be that way so people can stray from Satan. As for the demon, you should first be a believer with no doubts. Before I joined Satan I had doubts like most people but when I dedicated my soul to him, I made sure I had zero doubts. Also try to find a demon that brings justice and protects the innocent, as for evoking him, you have to find the demons candle colors, incense, sigil, and do a summoning ritual.

Once again, I thank Satan that I was not raised xian! I obviously got
some xian programming, some is sadly unavoidable in this day and age
when their filthy images and symbols are fucking everywhere; but,
basically, I came to Father with no preconceived notions of him. I had
no doubts, even when I started reading the JoS site. I mean, I still
did my research and kept reading the whole site, because I wanted to
make sure that this path was right for me. About Satan himself, I had
no doubts, I saw and pretty much from the start accepted his divinity.
Why? Because my parents did not fill my head with a bunch of trash
about how he was evil and hated us! They are, for the most part,
non-religious, though sadly my dad does show some new-age leanings.
Lol. But I had few other sources feeding me garbage about Satan, so
really, when I came to him, I had no notions of what he would be like.
I just read the testimonials, and the Al-Jilwah (the first thing I
read on the JOs site, besides the introduction on the homepage), and I
saw that he was beautiful. Wise and kind. This is gonna sound weird,
but I don't mean it in a creepy way; I basically ended up falling in
love with Satan, before ever truly meeting him. I couldn't help it! ^
And if I had been raised hardcore xian, or even slightly so, my path
to him would have been much harder. But thankfully, I was not. Hail
Father Satan always! Hail Lord Andras! Hail Sorath, the one who burns!

Oh, and funnily enough, when I actually did wwatch the odd movie about
Satan, (the 9th gate in particular), or daemons (various ones), I
really was not scared. I would think, hey, these demons are kinda
cool. And Satan is interesting. And as a young child and teen, i had
always been fascinated by magic, and psychic powers. Go figure. Heh.

Satan and all of Our Gentile Gods are Demons. Most people have a negative view of everything Satanic, of Satan, Demons, Witchcraft and the Occult. Why? Because of the Jews! They are the perpetrators of Lies and the enemies of Humanity. When the Gentile Races finally wake up and see this then humanity can be free once again.

We use the old images because they are Truth, there is nothing to be scared of in Satanism. Christianity on the other hand is quite terrifying. If they had rule again as they did in the middle ages they would Rape, Torture, Mame and Kill anyone whom they couldn't enslave, starting with the children. The Judeo-Christian bible endorses: Mass Murder, Genocide, Bestiality, Xenophobia, Homophobia, Pedophilia, Brutal Torture and sacrifice of innocent animals, blood sacrifice, drinking blood, Cannibalism, Infanticide, Beating children, sexual suppression, Fear, obedience without question, killing non-believers, encourages communism and Living for your Death.

That
word has a completely negative connotation just as angels has a positive
one. Something different should be used to describe them, because even
though the religion is supposed to be positive, it comes off still as
evil
(and i'm not christian in the least bit, i'm buddhist which means i'm

That's so cool. You're lucky you didn't get stuck with that brainwashing bull****!

I was raised roman catholic, so I got the usual partyline...but I kept asking, "But why?" But why is he the bad guy? But why would he punish sinners for god if god treated him so badly? And so on.  Eventually, I questioned my way out of the xian faith & into looking at Satan as the good guy!
And, who wouldn't fall in love with Satan? I know just how you feel. *^-^*

We use the old images because they are Truth, there is nothing to be scared

had rule again as they did in the middle ages they would Rape, Torture, Mame

Judeo-Christian bible endorses: Mass Murder, Genocide, Bestiality,
Xenophobia, Homophobia, Pedophilia, Brutal Torture and sacrifice of

children, sexual suppression, Fear, obedience without question, killing

no doubts, even when I started reading the JoS site.

You said the religion comes off as evil, not because you had

with it or a demon attacked you, but because the Christians and other
religions want it to be that way so people can stray from Satan.
As for the demon, you should first be a believer with no doubts. Before
I
joined Satan I had doubts like most people but when I dedicated my soul
to
him, I made sure I had zero doubts. Also try to find a demon that brings
justice and protects the innocent, as for evoking him, you have to find
the
demons candle colors, incense, sigil, and do a summoning ritual.

Yes, I am eternally grateful I was spared that morass of ignorance and
forced slavery. My parents left me alone to explore as I wished,
religion-wise.
