I wanted to share an easy thing to implement in your routine.
Every day of the year have a specific God/Goddess that rules over it.
Go to the site https://astroapollo.org/#/ and go the calendars, select the one for your location and look at what God/Goddess rules over the current day.

You clean your soul first and then you take the Sigil, meditate on it for a few seconds and ask to the God/Goddess to bless your soul and to be connected to his/her soul.
Then you meditate on the Sigil for 2-3 minutes.
If it's the first time you approach that God/Goddess, ask to Satya Zevs first in prayer to make you communicate with the God/Goddess to honour him/her and to give your praises.
Respect and pure heart is a must.
