Tonight we will be working on the following meditation:

Thu 1st:
Pacific - 7pm
Mountain - 8pm
Central - 9pm
Eastern - 10pm
Canada (Toronto) - 10pm
Brazil (East) - 10pm

Fri 2nd:
UK - 3am

The Group meditation will take part at the scheduled time on the
above mentioned night, but can then be performed and enhanced over
the next Five days, (This amount of time is open to debate), and all
participants may take part at the same time each night if desired.
This is down to the individual.
