grey chakra

Ive recently FINALLY learned how to spin my chakras. I went through several different moments where i thought i had it, but i didnt but i know for a fact i have it now because i can feel them spinning but no matter how hard i try i cant spin my throat chakra faster and when i look through my third eye when i close my eyes i always see a grey color, what can i do to help remedy this?

  That's usually an indication that you are sick, or if you have attempted real suicide it will also turn your heart and other chakras grey.  Extended chakra cleanings will remidy this, by extended I mean doing it until the chakra is full clean, sending energy from an orgasm will also be very helpful for cleaning your chakras. Wow! Just realized I had a problem and didn't even know it. I also see grey when I look through my third eye. I see grey and grey images like looking at old black and white movies. I will start cleaning them right away.
