For all my life being adopted growing up I would eat anything had no food sensitivity at all and when I had my gallbladder out and being told by a nurse.
Who clearly didn't know her shit and said I could go back to eating what I had been and will be all right. Oh boy was she wrong and now I have a gluten sensitivity and I have to watch what I eat and if I have a bite of bread I am down all day sick.

Has anyone else had this problem

Gluten sensitivity in non coeliac is a symptom of something else.

Sometimes it is phlegm, sometimes it is qi or blood stagnation, other times it may be some other disharmony.

I can help via an individualised consultation, please check the pinned post in this group for more detail.

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Satan
