RTRs are also a way to give back. The Gods want us to power meditate / spiritually advance. You can send them sexual energy as well which is extremely powerful.

If you give them any energy, whether sexual or other, you could offer it to them and ask/say that they use it as they want to.
You could also collect a type of energy and condense and compact it into a ball, adding to it regularly. Make sure you protect this ball of energy so it doesn't become stolen by an enemy entity. You can keep adding the same energy to this ball, and when you want to send it, programme it to obey Satan, or whichever God/Goddess of your choice, only. Then send it to them.
If that might be too difficult, you could just stick with the first option. It might be easier to offer energy each time you've raised some and/or any remainder (depending on what you are doing) than to create a ball of energy and keep it safe until you are ready to send it as a present/thanks offering/whatever.
Other examples could include exercising and using that energy for your own goals, then after you have finished, offer the remaining energy. Perhaps you have an extra 30 minutes - you could raise whatever form of energy you wish, and either use some of it for yourself and then offer any remainder, or offer all of it. A good idea is to get creative - I think that is appreciated more, and I think it helps you to maybe raise more/stronger energy, than doing a mundane, repetitive offering. On the other hand, if regular, repeated exercises of offering energy the same ways works well for you, then you could keep doing it the same way.
Of course, you don't have to offer energy. You could do online warfare, promoting the actual truth of Satan and Nature... If you go online, be wary of getting into any arguments, which could distract you from your work. I quite like debating, but to be truthful - a lot of the time it is quite a waste of time... Especially with closed-minded zombies.
You could do a bit of this and a bit of that. I might advise you don't spread yourself too thinly, though. While being less than a God/Goddess, it might be a better idea to be a Master of One Trade rather than a Jack of All Trades, Master of None.
