I am an adept
not so long ago came from Russia to live in the United States.
I need help with advice or information.

I do not watch TV, I have long ceased to read any books, I prefer to listen to myself more and be in silence with myself.
I find it difficult to assess my "magical" abilities myself, but something I can do.

a week ago, I went to bed as usual, closed my eyes and began to sink into myself.
Having entered a certain state of trance, I began to feel powerful energy flows all over my body, from the tips of my toes to my head.
Further, I concentrated all this energy on the third eye and gave the command to "activate the third eye."
the flow of energy turned into a tunnel and I was pulled into some kind of space.
it looked like a stone cathedral or a library with stone vaults.
in front of me stood an old man in white clothes, he had snow-white hair, he bent over a book and leafed through the pages.
I was fully aware, I examined the room, the book and the old man in small details.
When he raised his eyes on me, I realized that this old man was me.
he said to me: "You must start to go!"
to my question: "where?"
he replied: "to Jerusalem, your journey will take four years ..."
I asked: "why?"
he said: "there you will know everything ..."
then leaned over the book again
I fell into a dark space and got into my room again.
I know that it was not just a dream, and the usual interpretation will not help here.
What was it? How can I understand this?
