So I have an issue than whenever I click on notifications it only shows half of it or not all of it. The other half is completely black, so my thinking is that the black background overlaps the notifications area. I have no idea how to fix that so any help would be appreciated.
Maybe move the notification and user profile a bit to the left so every time I click on notification it will show the complete message?
Or maybe it is just me because I haven't seen anybody else complain about this.

I think it is due to screen resolution and screen size. If you're on Windows, you could press and hold Control and scroll your mouse wheel up and down to zoom in and out, to see if that helps.

It happens to me as well. I just work around it, or if you need to, view your profile and read the full notification there.
