Flame in Chest?

Yesterday while working on my Heart Chakra, it felt like there was a cozy, warm ball of fire inside my chest. What was this? It wasn't painful or anything of that sort, it actually felt nice.

Ah, okay.

I was doing the YAUM vubration with hand pose, opening and empowering all my chakra systems. So far, I haven't been able to replicate the feeling, but I'll work on it.
