Final RTR without printer

Hello, I saw that the final RTR can also be done using just a computer in a digitalized way, erasing the letters with Microsoft Paint and then deleting the file
Can you guys explain me step-by-step how to do this? In the website isn't that clear

PS: I know that when you remove a file from a pc, even if you empty the Trash can, even if you delete it through terminal, in some sort of way it's still there and recoverable with high-tech stuff, so, isn't this a problem? I mean, shouldn't the letters be destroyed completely?

You can even do it on your phone. Just reverse one row of letters, and when you are done, blot out the letter. Then do the same with all the others until done. Delete and do the affirmation. No need to worry about the rest.
