If you have basic learning about breathing, meditation, chakras, how it "flows" after you this tip should be helpful. Optionally basic ability of diagnosing yourself to know where thou need pay attention at current time for best growth.

To the point. Everyone we have in our lifes time, where we are "inactive" or act with repeatable pattern. In Inactive I mean a activities where we relax and our mind regenering for next challenges, it can be reading books, playing games or watching your favourite show. Repeatable pattern is for example visible in a part of occupations like at production line, where

To the point. Everyone we have in our lifes time, where we are "inactive" or act with repeatable pattern. In Inactive I mean a activities where we relax and our mind regenering for next challenges, it can be reading books, playing games or watching your favourite show. your mind goes off.
The way you can use this situations is a devide of your mind to what you do and for simple meditation process - like intaking energy to you Crown Chakra and watching show. Not for all, a huge part of people prefer to have CLEAN TIME without any scent of work. Described method is hard to hold and often you will catch yourself at lost focus, but it's profitable. It increase passive energy exchanging by just daily breathing and also makes you more flexible for meditating - maybe less powerful but in common daily situations like waiting in que, siting in a bus, walking and definitely less tiring. Try to make challenges like "I will watch one episode more today, but with continuous meditation". Different types of people need different methods. That's another one than standard/extended "package" (mudra, mantra, body position, place with powerful energy like forest, cute candle, no distractions etc.)
But remember to be sure you're know you can and able to train - one will be able to meditate and safely drive a car, other can break a leg during a slow walk. Be responsible.
