Employers CAN legally force workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19 - but most are likely to make the shot optional instead to avoid legal pushback, employment lawyers say

  • Health officials predict the first round of coronavirus vaccines will be available as soon as next month
  • The prospect has raised questions about whether the vaccine will be made mandatory at the workplace
  • Legally, employers are allowed to impose mandatory vaccination programs
  • Doing so however, will likely subject them to objections from employees
  • Legal experts say most employers won't implement such programs to avoid legal ramifications
  • CDC Director Dr Robert Redfield on Tuesday said he sees the first doses being rolled out the second week of December

So they care only about legal consequences and not Humanity?

They will never try to put it into LAW that you have to take the vaccine because the courts will strike it down.

It will be done by corporate mandate exactly like all of the restrictions now are.

Yeah the government won’t force you to take it but the corporations that they are funded by will. Public-private partnership. It’s how they execute all of this.
