Elemental nature, race, and evolving/progressing a racial collective through spellwork

As I'm advancing spiritually I've noticed that spells casted during Earth moon signs are beginning to manifest super fast (in the past it was super slow due to its elemental nature). I know that each race is ruled by a specific element. I'm highly aware that the Black Race is ruled by the Earth element which brings me to my question. Is it possible that in order for the Black Race to truly evolve and leave degeneracy that they may need to have at least a few spiritually powerful people around that's willing to use their magical to help progress and evolve the race out of a dying, Andrapoda state?

I'm only asking if they need to be spiritually powerful because of how bindings and spells are manifesting after a certain spiritual level has been reached by the individual.

Yes, of course, "degeneracy" is only possible because of spiritual degeneracy, we can say they are two sides of the same coin.
It would be optimal to have Black spiritual leaders but what we have now is also good and open for every Black to follow the Gods. At the end of the day, it's everyone's own choice, regardless of race, it's available for everyone. There is no need for race specific leaders, that'll be a part of polishing, we are constructing still.

Excuse my impatience. I just felt that since I've grown in spiritual power that it would be nice to try to help out spiritually since I've been rendered powerless physically. I lack a post secondary education so I figured why not show up for the Gods spiritually, until I'm in a position to help out physically such as a donation to the donors platform or helping out on physical projects.

But you're right. You can present so much information to people but it's really up to the individual to utilize the information. The degeneracy factor just bugs me a lot because I have a prominent Neptune and pick up on a lot of the disgusting factors from it to where I'm legit ready to end it all on my own if I was as powerful as the Gods listened on the ToZ site.

Dude I'm homeless at the moment with a debit card that's not supported by majority of the suggestions on how to donate. My best option is an "Athena Bitcoin" machine. What's the least amount I can donate through one of those?

On ToZ's end, there are no limits. However, you would need to find out the related fees, etc. regarding the purchase and transfer so that the donation makes sense. During the 2024 Yule raffle, we had people making donations about 50% of what they put in due to exorbitant transfer fees. Being educated about the subject helps a lot.

Honestly, I see blessings as evolving and progressing spiritually and at least having my basic needs in order to survive for I'm responsible for getting what I want, which is usually temporary. I wouldn't donate out of a hope that I'd get a stable home because I don't see my Gods as genies. I'm only homeless due to debt and a now bad credit score that's preventing me from getting approved for at least a decent studio apartment. Don't worry. I'm looking into debt relief programs to get back on track. My homelessness isn't like the average homeless, which is why I don't mind donating. It's just that most things mentioned on the crypto donation page doesn't take Discover Debit.

On another note, it is not necessarily a good idea to expect something in return for a donation (because it is a donation, not a purchase). But it just so happens when we give something of ours to the whole, it usually happens that it benefits the giver as well.
