I can't seem secrete ectoplasm for shit.

I understand the directions, when one is profiecient in excreting this substance...does it manifest itself threw out ones eyes the 3rd eye or does it manifest its self out of an orophis like the mouth or ears...and is it possible to excret this substance without the use of a black mirror or black bowl of liquid...

Dear All,
I have a small issue with the meditation, where I should focus on the ectoplasm. I´m going through the Hells Army training and currently I have reached to stage where I need to focus on the ectoplasm. The issue here is that it is a second day and so far I have no sucsess. I´m using a bowl with a black liquid. JoS says that if I focus at the one point, then I should eventually see a cloud form. The issue for me is that I simply cant see any clouds form.This question might sound stupid, but where exactly I need to focus? Yes of course, if I stare at one point long enough my vision gets foggy, but as soon as I try to focus on my foggy vision, it gets sharp again and I see myself staring at my own reflection. I hope you get the point. Should I focus on my own reflection? I´d be realy thankful if someone could give any advise, I´m stuck at this point.

Just focus on meditations and chakras, and it will happen when you are at the right place.
