Does anyone have a technique for better recall of your dreams? I think I think I may be dreaming about my past lives here recently and want to recall as much detail as possible. Thanks in advance.

Keep a dream journal under yo pillow and everytime u wake up,write down the dream,that should be the first thing you do before you get out of bed

Or recall them at all? Basically I can't recall anything, even for a month time or longer. And that's just sad...

If you are really interested in studying your dreams Todd,it has always helped me to keep a dream journal.Just but a pad and pen,near your bedside,and as you wake in the morning,before getting out of bed,start writing what you think happened in your dream,that you can remember.But understand that the longer you are awake,the more it will leave you.It also helps to ask Father and/or your GD,to help you to remember.Plus you can repeat to yourself,I will remember my dreams,as you drift off.These are things I have done,and it has helped me too.Hail SatanBrian
