Does any meditation automatically open your third eye or does it have to be the specific third eye meditation?

If I just do the meditation of absorbing white gold energy would my astral sight aka third eye automatically come or do I have to specifically do the third eye meditation answer that for me. I’ve been doing third eye meditation for about a month a long time ago and I could feel it open it opening I just I still can’t see in the astral realm. Anyway if I just absorb white gold energy will my astral sight already come or do I have to specifically do third eye meditation to make my astral sight come? Next question is will any meditation open up my astral hearing or does it have to be the specific meditation for that

i don't recommend to just focus one part of your soul and neglecting the others,
i used to focusing my upper chakras for months and it caused much troubles like too much sensitivity, over absorbing energies, excessive dreams that wear me out
and huge feeling of ungrounding.
when working with your 3rd eye you need to make sure you're psychologically steady and strong.
the astral doesn't only belong to demons there's other things can annoy you and there's other humans around you affect it.
