I really wanted to share some (personal) advice for those who cannot perform some meditations such as chakra spinning at the level of visualization.
NEVER underestimate "pretending" that something you are trying to visualize, is already correctly visualized!
When I visualized a chakra spinning at great speed, I failed miserably. It was evident that the chakra would not spin even a millimeter. I could even visualize it beginning to glow from the rotational rapidity, but I could see that it was stationary. There was no way to move it even after several minutes of trying.
But I was not demoralized. I continued with the daily program by pretending that it was spinning at very high speeds. And I was really convinced that in this way the meditation had been performed correctly, so I wasn't getting depressed with thoughts like "it's impossible, I couldn't do it and never will." Instead, I was all happy that I had succeeded.
I won't make it too long for you, but now I don't even make an effort. All I have to do is visualize the chakra and it spontaneously begins to spin at a very high speed and glow without me even trying to visualize the light. And I assure you that I could be in this state even for an hour and without any effort this is what I would continue to see.
I write this because people interrupt correct meditations because they get depressed that they are still not 100% at their most obvious result.
They are correct, continue. No valid excuse to introduce an external defeat that is not part of the situation you are experiencing.
